Water Heaters
Thermostats operated via probes into the central
processor, give accurate o control as well as
temperature display on console and logging of
temperatures. An alarm can be displayed if water
is not hot enough for plant or vat wash, also can lock
out or delay wash until water is hot enough.

Backing Gates
Auto forward
functions either by pressing a button or platform limit
switch off a bail. Auto washing functions if
solenoids are connected to gate water lines. |
Platform
Platform wash functions. Speed displays on the
console screen. Speed controlled by either console

Consoles
Control the Plant, Backing Gates, Wash down,
Effluent and even the lighting via consoles. Any
changes to wash timers, water heater temperatures etc
can be done via the console screen by using a password
(Different access levels for different passwords)
Soft touch buttons with replacement silicon membrane
covers, that can be changed easily if stained or
damaged.
